Accident Claim Services Limited will help you as follows:

Our call handler will listen sympathetically to you and take details of your accident. Where our call handler feels you would benefit from legal advice and your claim merits further investigation, you will receive an offer to be put in touch with a specialist Solicitor without delay.

Accident Claim Services Limited will not charge you anything for doing this. You will not be asked to take out any loan, sign anything or enter into any binding obligation or contract.
Accident Claim Services Limited do not give legal advice, that is the job of the specialist Solicitor.

If we feel we cannot assist you, we will tell you so right away and of course you are free to seek advice elsewhere right away.

If you decide to speak to the specialist Solicitor to whom we recommend you, they will give you full advice about your claim including an estimate of what compensation you might receive if successful, how long it will take and whether you might have to contribute anything at all if you win. In most cases, this is nothing. They will enquire whether you have legal expenses insurance to protect you but if not, most cases are successfully run under a no win no fee agreement where you pay nothing if you lose and in most cases nothing at all if you win. The specialist Solicitor will explain all this clearly before your claim is started.

Three Year Limitation Period for Personal Injury Claims
You will normally have three years from the date of your accident to bring the claim (longer for Claimants under 18). It is always best to move quickly so as to get the necessary evidence whilst memories are fresh. It is essential to get the correct legal and rehabilitation help as quickly as possible after an accident.

Law Society Accreditation
The firm of specialist Solicitors to whom we will refer you have accreditation with The Law Society and are on their specialist panel for personal injury work. You are thus being referred to Solicitors who have been specially approved by their professional body for this type of work and you will receive the best possible help.
